OTBPM's Open House and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony.
Present are Officers Dee Vickery (Founder & President), Jane Carter (Secretary) and Carl Carter (Treasurer). Board of Directors are Robin Jacobs, Missy King, and Mirla Reyes. Also present were volunteers Pastor Tom Brand, Cynthia Brand and Sandra Key.
